Small run semi automatic capability for test runs right up to fully mainline production
We have two semi-automatic linear weighers which are great for super accurate (less than 1% in most cases) dosing of all types of powder products. These can be dosed again into bottles, tubs or boxes. In addition, we have an auger filling system which gives us a great production option on fill volumes from 20gms up to 500gms again with good accuracy.
We have a semi-automatic tube sealing system to allow us to produce small runs of tubes. Ideal for new projects or start up business.
Our new fully automatic filling lines are capable of filling volumes from 30ml to 5 litre at a rate of up to 2000 units per hour. Our new capping and labelling lines compliment these filling systems.
We have 2 semi-automatic filling systems. One system features a hopper to allow us to fill creams or pastes. These can be filled into tubs, bottles, pouches or tubes. The filling range is from 10ml up to 1 litre with good accuracy. The semi-automatic nature of these systems means that we can switch production very quickly making small runs as cost effective as possible.
